How to craft these llama gift tags with your Cricut

Upload the llama SVG files to Cricut design space. Cut out the two llamas from cardstock using your Cricut machine. I cut out double of each design to glue together to create a firmer base for wrapping the yarn around. Tie your yarn to the far end of the llama’s waist.

Firmly wrap the yarn around the llama until you reach the front legs.

Next, add a small piece of double sided tape, or a dab of hot glue to the back of the llama’s neck. Bring the yarn up and secure behind the neck. Then wrap the llama’s neck with the yarn.

To finish with the yarn, tie to secure and gently push the yarn under the wrapped pieces so that the end is hidden.

Use hot glue to decorate the llama’s new coat with a few festive pom-poms.

Attach these llamas to your wrapped gifts using another piece of yarn or ribbon.

Other ways to use these free Llama SVG cut files

These llama also look adorable strung along a garland…like marching llamas! Or get creative and make ornaments using materials other than cardstock, such as balsa wood or faux leather.
