This playful Cricut Christmas card is designed to look like a festive gift! The included elements—a bow, candy cane, foliage, and poinsettia—add charm to the card and can also be used separately for a variety of holiday crafting projects.

Materials required:
- Cardstock in various colors
- Glitter
- Double sided Adhesive
- Foam Tape
- Craft Glue
Tools needed:
- Cricut Machine – Any machine that can cut 12×12 in
- Cricut Standard Mat
- Cricut Scoring Stylus or Wheel

Step 1: Set Up in Cricut Design Space and Cut Out
- Download and Upload: Once you’ve received the Day 3 email, download the design and upload it to your Cricut Design Space Canvas.
- Attach the Score Lines: In the layers panel, select the centre vertical line and change from a cut line to a score line under the operations panel. Then, attach it to the card base by selecting both the base and the score line, and clicking “Attach” at the bottom of the layers panel.
- Cut Out the Card: Follow the prompts in Design Space for scoring and cutting.
- Fold the Card Base: Using a bone folder, carefully score the card base in half.
Assembly Instructions
Step 2: Layering the Design
Attach the “Ribbon”: Using double-sided adhesive tape, attach the ribbon strips to the card base, crossing them as shown above.
Assemble the Graphic Elements: Using double-sided adhesive tape and foam tape, assemble each of the graphic elements for the card design.
Optionally, you could simply make a bow card without the additional Christmas elements! This design would work beautifully as a birthday card.
Arrange the Design: Arrange and adhere the assembled candy cane and foliage on top of the card base and ribbon strips.
Next, attach the bow to the centre of the ribbon crossing.
Lastly, adhere the poinsettia to your card.
