This printable habit tracker bookmark chart is the perfect tool to help you in your new habit formation.
Every day you accomplish a goal, mark off the small dot beside your desired habit on the habit tracker bookmark.
New Years is the time we all reflect on the past year, the good and the bad! Then we set goals in areas we want to grow.
In order to make the goals happen, we need to break them down into steps. Some of the best goals to make are not one-time goals, but the goal to make a new healthy habit. Whether it be reading daily, making your bed, bullet journaling, exercise, or drinking a gallon of water. New habits formed can stay with you for your entire life.
Last year I read James Clear’s book, Atomic habits (a very popular read in 2020). It gave tangible tips on how to implement new habits. One of those tips was tracking your habits with some sort of habit tracker planner or chart.
The idea is to challenge yourself to cross off each day you keep your habit, creating a chain of dots. The goal is to not break the chain!
After a few months or so, your habit should be so ingrained that you no longer need the goal of crossing it off. Research shows that it takes on average 66 days for your habit to stick.
This printable habit tracker bookmark can be slipped into your agenda or daily notebook. If you’re anything like me, having pretty stationery and tools encourages me to use them regularly!
I used a hole punch at the top of the bookmark and added this beautiful silk ribbon, hand-dyed by my friend Ashton. Be sure to check out her beautiful Instagram showcasing her natural dyes and stunning embroidery!
I have also included a printable chart for keeping track of any books you’ve read. Both bookmarks are designed to slip into the bookmark’s pocket.
